Strumming:
Beginning: bass strings, full strum, bass strings, full strum
Refrain: even simpler strumming

George:
Intro:
D14, e12
D13, e11
D11, e9
D9, e7
D11, e9
D9, e7
D6, e4
x2
with an E in bass in between

After the vocal mimic George does, he also plays a buncha sixteenth notes
on an E, then the G-barre, then A-barre, then B-barre

Then when George is playing rhythm, he's just accenting on lower strings
strumming on first positions A, to B, to E

Then another simple little complex 3-note lick:
∨∧ on low E open, mute it with thumb
∨∧ on 2nd fret of D (for another E note), mute it with middle
finger as it moves to A
∨ on 2nd fret of A for a B and let it ring just for a bit
